Can we just take a second to talk about these record-setting temps in the 80s?! In March?! Gotta love Colorado… snow one week, summer the next! 🌷🏡 This warm weather has everyone out and about, and it’s definitely bringing some extra energy into our local real estate market too.

Speaking of the market… buyers are still out looking and we’ve got some great new listings popping up 👀🏠 Inventory is giving us some solid options right now, which is exciting whether you’re buying, selling, or just keeping an eye on things.

📊 Mortgage rate update: We’re currently seeing rates hovering in the mid-to-upper 6% range (always subject to change daily), so if you’ve been waiting for the “perfect” moment… this might be your sign to at least start the conversation.

With this gorgeous weather, it’s also the perfect time to tackle a little spring cleaning 🧼✨ Open those windows, freshen things up, and don’t forget curb appeal—first impressions matter! Even small touch-ups can make a big difference if selling is on your radar.
