15 Apr Spring is Hopping—and So is the Market! 🐰🏡

Easter is this Sunday, and it’s bringing more than just jellybeans and chocolate bunnies—it’s bringing a burst of energy to the real estate market! 🌷 I had one property go under contract this past weekend, and another one is headed there this week! Buyers are out, and homes that are prepped and priced right are moving.

Mortgage rates saw a slight dip last week, giving buyers a little breathing room. 📉 While they’re still higher than we’d all like, we’re seeing signs of stabilization.
