31 Mar Spring Time on the Western Slope

Spring has sprung (sort of), and while the Western Slope is still figuring out if it’s winter or not, the real estate market is moving right along! 🌸🏡
Mortgage rates? They dipped ever so slightly last week, with the 30-year fixed hovering around 6.65%—which isn’t amazing, but it’s better than where we’ve been! If you’ve been waiting for a sign to start house hunting, this might be it.
The market? Homes are still moving, but buyers are taking their time, looking for the perfect mix of price and features. Sellers who price right are getting action, while overpriced listings are getting side-eyed. If you’re thinking of selling, now’s the time to have a real talk about strategy.
The weather? Let’s just say Mother Nature is feeling indecisive. One day it’s sunny and 60, the next we’re back to chilly drizzle. But hey, that’s springtime in Colorado! 🌦️
Easter is coming up quick! There will be lots of fun – especially for the kiddos. Stay tuned to my Facebook and Instagram pages for updates on spring things to do including Easter Egg Hunts and visits with the Easter Bunny.
