15 Jul Summer in full Swing!

Summer is definitely here, and unfortunately so are the wildfires. Dry conditions, heat, and wind continue to fuel fires across Colorado, with several still burning around the state. Please keep our firefighters, first responders, and the families affected in your prayers, and remember to follow all local fire restrictions.

On a happier note, fair week is almost here! 🎡 Entries begin this weekend, and before long we’ll be enjoying livestock shows, rodeos, exhibits, and all the fun that makes our county fair such a great tradition.

The real estate market continues to stay steady, with another listing gone!  Buyers are still active, and well-priced homes continue to move.

Mortgage rates have remained fairly stable this week, with most 30-year fixed rates staying in the upper-6% range.

Don’t forget to visit our local farmers markets!  Fresh Western Slope produce is arriving, along with beautiful handmade items from talented local artisans.
