20 May Summer is Coming!

This past weekend we have finally started to see the temperatures rise.  Saturday we saw temps in the high 70’s and even low 80’s in a couple of spots.  Sunday was warm as well although it did cloud over and get windy in the afternoon a bit.  Today again it is bright and sunny but the wind has already started up.  The forecast for the week shows us mostly 70’s so maybe spring is finally here to stay.

This coming weekend is Memorial Day weekend and the “unofficial” start to summer.  Do you have big plans for the holiday weekend?  My husband and I will be spending the weekend at our cabin in Arrowhead and look forward to seeing friends up there.  I hope you enjoy a nice long weekend and get a chance to relax and enjoy yourself!

Mortgage rates did come down a “teeny bit” this past week and the average rate for a 30-year fixed mortgage is 7.568%.  You can check out more info about the rates and what is going on here.
