14 Apr Tax Day Tomorrow

Tax Day is tomorrow… are you done or still “thinking about it”? 😅 Either way, it’s that time of year again, and while you’re getting finances in order, it’s also a great time to take a look at your real estate goals too!

We’ve been seeing new buyers reaching out consistently for information and getting out to view properties. The spring market is definitely waking up, even with all the crazy Colorado weather doing its thing!

Speaking of that… winter is NOT quite done with us yet ❄️ A freeze warning is in place for tonight and into tomorrow maybe even until Sunday, with temps dipping below freezing. Definitely a cross your fingers situation—especially for those apricot and peach trees 🌸 Let’s hope they hang in there!

On the bigger picture, drought conditions across Colorado are still a concern. Snowpack is the lowest we have seen in years which will impact water supply this year. Pray for rain (snow in the high country!).

Mortgage rates are still bouncing around a bit but holding relatively steady overall. Buyers are adjusting, getting creative, and still making moves, which is great to see!
