16 Nov The Beginning of the Holiday Season

While some things may be crazy in the state (and country!), Western Colorado is still enjoying a good business in real estate.  We are seeing buyers and sellers get into the market place regularly.  In fact, we just put a home we have had listed (for sale) under contract to be sold over this past weekend.  We have a new home to be listed for sale soon as well.  We are still showing property regularly and would love to try and help you with your real estate needs.  Call us with any questions you may have, even if you are not planning to buy or sell anytime soon.  We are happy to help!

We love this time of year here in Western Colorado.  We are starting to see holiday cheer while we are out and about.  Cedaredge has already started offering local shopping for décor and gifts with “Deck Your Halls” at Grand Mesa Arts & Events Center.  The photo above gives you days and times you can shop.

Cobble Creek in Montrose has already set up their Angel Tree this year.  As usual, a wonderful cause for the kids in the community who may otherwise go without this Christmas.

The Ute Indian Museum is still hosting their Shavano Valley Twilight Tours plus they are already gearing up for their arts & crafts fest on Dec. 5^th.

Of course there are many opportunities to give back this season – all you have to do is look.  We hope that you and yours are safe and well and will enjoy a beautiful holiday season this year!
