27 Mar The Final Week of March 2023

It snowed overnight again here on the Western Slope.  Gives the ground great moisture to start getting things ready to grow.  The pictures shows some determined tulip leaves growing up through the snow.  They sure are hearty little flowers!  We will see these along with other spring flowers popping up all up and down the Western Slope for the next month or so.

The real estate market is getting warmer too!!  Man – I’ve been busy these last two weeks but I love it!  I have a couple of buyers from out of the area moving here to Western Colorado as well as several of my listings that are already under contract to be sold.  So, get in touch if you’re thinking of buying or selling property.  Looks like this is a great time to start the process.

Existing home sales increased in February and new mortgage applications were up 5% last week.  This is reflecting the slight decrease in mortgage interest rates last week.  Get in touch with me if you would like to get a list of reliable, professional local lenders who can get you pre-qualified before you start looking at property.  Having a “pre-qual letter” gives you an edge when making an offer.
