The Glorious Fall Colors

The fall colors are in full splendor!  The first photo is McClure Pass between Paonia and Basalt on this past Saturday.  The second is at the top of County Road 5, just outside Ridgway from my listing there.  If you haven’t had a chance to drive through the high country, you better hurry if you want to see the Aspen trees before all the leaves fall.

Well, mortgage rates went up again this week.  I just saw a 30 year fixed rate is now 7.81%.  So if you’re seriously considering buying property, make sure you get in touch with me so we can get you prequalified and find something that will work for your budget.  I can get you in touch with a local lender who is professional and does a great job.  Then I help you find the property and navigate through the entire buying process.

Are you following my Facebook and Instagram pages?  I am loving seeing all the upcoming events happening this month.  There’s the Whispers in the Alleys pub crawl tour for this Friday the 13th. The Scarecrow Festival at the Montrose Botanical Gardens is this weekend as well.  And DeVries has their corn maze open with the 17th Annual Punkin Chunkin coming up at the end of the month.  Let me know if you have something coming up you’d like me to advertise on my social media.

Here’s wishing you a great week and hoping you’re enjoying the Indian Summer that we’re having right now.
