11 Dec The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year

Happy Monday!  There was some good news last week with mortgage rates.  They went down slightly again.  We are appreciating seeing a trend in rates going down.  Fingers crossed that it will continue and that 2024 will have rates that are more buyer friendly.  Make sure to contact me if you have questions or would like to get pre-qualified.

Even though the holiday season is in full swing, we are still seeing activity in the market.  I had showed property over the weekend to two different buyers and I am showing property again today to two more buyers.  So things are still moving – even if it is a little slower than it has been.

Here in the valley we are seeing cold temps but bright blue skies with lots of sunshine.  Highs have been getting into the 40’s with lows down into the 20’s at night.  No snow since that storm we had the first of the month but it feels like it is coming soon…
