‘Tis the Season of Giving

‘Tis the Season of Giving

It’s full on Christmas season with all the fun, events and festivities you might ever want!!  This time of year, we always try to make sure to give back, pay it forward or offer help to those in need.  If you’re in the Montrose area, here are some options that might touch your heart.  If you’re not in our area, check out some of the local charities in your area that might be in need.

Fun and an opportunity to support Sharing Ministries Food Bank by bringing new socks to the Girls’ Night Out party tomorrow night.  If you can’t head out to the party, you can visit Sharing Ministries “wish list.”

The Salvation Army is having  a coat drive as is The Shepherd’s Hand.

For $20 you can have your pet’s photo taken with Santa! Proceeds go to the Montrose low cost spay and neuter clinic.

The Cobble Creek Angel Tree is on again this year.  It started with 75 kids and now includes about 200.

That’s only a few of the opportunities around here!  Giving doesn’t only mean money!  Maybe your neighbor needs her walk shoveled or her groceries brought in from the car.  Maybe you know a family who could come enjoy Christmas dinner at your house.  Whatever touches your heart, we encourage you to give!!  Enjoy the holidays!
