Happy Valentine’s Week!  I hope you have a wonderful day tomorrow with someone you love – whether that is your sweetheart, kids, friends or just yourself.  Yes, you should love yourself because it’s the best way to love the others.  Here are some good ways you can show love to yourself and others.

Are you starting to get serious about buying property here on the Western Slope?  There are some things that you can get in place and do before you actually start looking.  Make sure you check my “Buyer Tips” on my website for some really great info.  Or give me a call and let’s discuss your plans, goals and what is really the best option for you to pursue.  We are seeing prices stabilize right now and some of the properties that were over priced are now being reduced to a more realistic price.  You can always search the entire MLS database for free here on my website.  The properties priced under $200,000 are selling pretty quickly and they are few and far between.

If you are looking at the possibility of buying a vacant piece of property and then building your dream home, definitely get in touch with me.  The cost per square foot to build has increased significantly over the past couple of years.  Also, the time it takes to order, buy and actually receive building materials such as doors, windows, trusses, etc is much longer than it had been previously.  I am working on a remodel right now and the new windows are going to take 17 weeks before they get here… it’s a process!  But building a new home is absolutely still an option, you just need to be aware of what it will involve.  Call me – I can give you some info.
