Western Colorado just had a sneak peek of winter with a recent storm! Some areas saw snow while others got rain, but either way, it was a reminder that cozy season is here. As we all bundle up, let’s talk about something else that’s been in the news: mortgage rates.

Even though some headlines are saying rates are going way up (thanks to Freddie Mac’s delayed report), it turns out they haven’t changed much since last Monday. So if you’re thinking about buying or selling, don’t let the headlines scare you!
