05 Feb Welcome February!

Well the first month of 2024 flew by in the blink of an eye…  I hope you had a great January – mine was good – busier but good.

We are starting to see some increase in activity in the market now.  Not a lot like we will see in March and more towards spring, but it is picking up.  I have a couple of homes closing in February so that’s great.  I am working with several buyers and have new listings on the horizon.  Please get in touch with me if you have any questions about real estate here on the Western Slope.  I would love to help you buy or sell property, or even just answer any questions you might have.

It is winter for sure and the mountains are seeing the snow.  Here on the Western Slope, it has not been too bad.  In fact, this past weekend when I-70 got dumped on causing delays and closures, here in Montrose, we got some rain.  It was great to get the rain for the moisture and my assistant was glad it rained instead of snowed!  The forecast does show that it is supposed to snow again 10-20 inches above 7500 feet elevation in the next day or so.  If you are driving in Colorado, make sure you check the weather and traffic conditions at CDOT.  Stay safe and warm!!
