We trust that you and yours had a wonderful Easter holiday weekend.  Did the Easter Bunny leave you some treats to enjoy?  It has been beautiful weather for us here on the Western Slope.  The wind does still pick up in the afternoons and blow us a gale but still bright, sunshiny days with good temperatures.

Real estate is still “hopping” but we are seeing more properties come on the market.  So while properties that are priced right are still selling quickly, there are more of them becoming available with the onset of spring.   Make sure you visit our website to search the MLS database (free search) and check out what’s available.
