Okay listen… it’s been WAY too long since Broncos Country has had this kind of energy and excitement! The momentum is REAL and I am absolutely here for it. And the best part?? I’ll be at the Championship game this Sunday! 🎉🙌 (Yes, I’ll be cheering loud enough for all of us 😄)

On the real estate side… things are already getting busy 👀🏡  We have several properties Under Contract, new listings are in the works, and buyers are actively looking — it’s like the market got the memo that 2026 is go time. We’re still getting spoiled with sunshine ☀️ Not much snow here on the Western Slope, even though the Front Range has gotten more. We’ve had some cold days ❄️🥶 but overall… I’ll take sunny winter days any time!
