07 Dec Wonderful Colorado Christmas Time!

The holiday season is in full swing and we are loving the decorations we are seeing around the Western Slope.  We don’t know if it is truly more spectacular this year or if it is the same as last year, but we are enjoying the Christmas cheer in the lights and décor all around.

We are seeing property sell regularly right now, even with the cooler weather and the holiday season.  In fact, if a property comes on the market with a reasonable price, it seems to be going under contract right away.  If you are looking for a home or property, I would be happy to help you – contact me with any questions you have!  We have low inventory and low interest rates and things are moving quickly.  If you or someone you know is interested in selling property – it’s a great time to do it.
