12 Aug Greetings from the Heat of Western Colorado!

Mid-August already and we are still in the high heat and dry conditions.  Real Estate sales are still on fire too!  We have four different properties which will close this week and several more under contract to be sold. The home featured in the cover photo above was just sold August 4, 2020.  9456 6075 Road in Montrose sold for $385,000.  We are helping buyers and sellers and would love the opportunity to help you!  Please think of us when you think real estate.
