May is just about here! And while our governor has changed the executive order to “Safer at Home” as of Monday, April 27th, a lot of businesses won’t open for operations until May 1st. Good news for real estate businesses though – we can do in person property showings now. We must follow all precautions and only three people can go on the showings: 2 decision makers and the REALTOR®. No children are allowed to go on showings. So if you have been waiting to look at property, now is the time to contact me so we can get out there and find you what you’re looking for!! Here’s the latest updates from:
Even though we have seen things slow a little in April, we are still doing business. I have two new listings in the past week as well as two listings I expect to have finalized and entered into the MLS in the next week or so. And I still have buyer inquiries on a daily basis.
