Hello May and wishing you all a wonderful month. We are seeing some beautiful rain here in the valley on the Western Slope and the high country has gotten some snow. This is great and we certainly can use the moisture. It is really helping to green everything up and the trees have leafed out and the lilacs are blooming. It is a beautiful time of year here.
Real estate sales are going crazy right now too! We just had 7 properties close in the last half of April for both buyers and sellers. We have several more properties scheduled to close coming up this month with lots of inquiries coming in regularly. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are thinking about buying or selling. It’s a great time to do either one right now and we are here to help you.
There are lots of fun things coming up to do here on the Western Slope so you can get out and about and enjoy the communities here.
Delta is having a Wild Wild West Family Dance this Saturday – costumes welcome!
And there’s live music at the brewery in Olathe Saturday evening.
Starting Friday in Montrose and running through the weekend is the Montrose Home Expo.
