06 Nov Three Weeks Till Thanksgiving!
Well, as usual, wait 5 minutes in Western Colorado and the weather will change! This week we are seeing temperatures back in the high 50’s and low 60’s with nothing but bright sunshine! This weather is motivating folks to get out and look at real estate again. We are seeing a slight uptick in showings of homes so we are encouraged that the real estate market isn’t on holiday just yet.
