13 Nov Year to Date Sales Stats
One question I always get asked is “So, how’s the real estate market on the Western Slope?” Of course, I can usually say, “It’s still pretty good, even right now.” But who knows if that’s true or not? Well – if you want proof, check out these year to date sales stats for homes in Montrose County. These stats are through the end of October, 2019.

You will note that the 2019 stats are compared to 2018 – side by side – in several categories. If you look closely, you will see that majority (not all) of the numbers are higher so far this year versus last. That’s encouraging!!
