Fall is in the Air

Fall is in the Air

Well, after September coming in like a “lion” (so to speak), we are having a beautiful Indian Summer.  Days are sunny and warm with a crisp chill after dark.  We are hearing conflicting reports as to whether or not we will have a higher than normal snowfall this winter or it might be lower than normal.  Honestly, we really need the snow – especially in the mountains – to give us some much needed moisture and water for this next year.  But as always, we live in Western Colorado and no matter what the weather, we love where we live!

As fall comes on, we are starting to see all the normal autumnal activities here on the Western Slope.  The Farmers’ Markets are having the fall veggies like squash and pumpkins on display and beautiful fall decorations too.

We are still enjoying live music all around the Western Slope.  Here’s one for Montrose this weekend.

And Oltahe on Saturday.

And the ever popular Wine Wednesdays in Ridgway are still going strong.

We are still seeing a lot of activity in real estate too.  Contact us today with your real estate questions and let us help!!!  Have a great week!
