Happy August!! As we see the market start to level out and slow ever so slightly, it’s more important than ever to make sure you work with me to buy or sell your property. I am monitoring the market daily and can give you insight into your best options.
The interest rates did drop last week so that’s great news for buyers. The rates have dropped about a point from mid June so if you thought you were out of the running for buying something, that may not be the case. We appreciate one of our local lenders for sharing this article with us.
