Welcome Summer

Yesterday was the summer solstice and the longest day of the year.  We hope you enjoyed the day with the dad(s) in your life celebrating them and the official start of summer.

It has been hotter than usual here in Western Colorado the first half of June and we can feel it!  We usually get temps in the low 100’s in late July and August but not the first half of June.  This week’s forecast shows temps in the 90’s and then lowering into the high 80’s.  It will still be hot but not quite as much and the fire danger is still very high.  We sure could use a good rain!  Stay cool and safe.

Summer on the Western Slope brings all kinds of things to do – both inside and out.  The week ahead is no exception.

Today in Montrose you have the FREE concert from the 101st Army Band on the Pavilion lawn.

The Courtyard at 610 has live entertainment almost nightly from music to literary talks and more.

Cedaredge is hosting their live music happy hours and other concerts each weekend.

And remember – follow our Facebook page to check out upcoming events too!

Real estate sales are just as hot as the weather, so let us help you with your transactions.  Free consultations for buyers or sellers – just contact us today.  Have a wonderful summer!
